This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of € 30 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
