  1) The apartment is not available for parties and noisy celebrations.

  2) Accommodation with all types of pets is prohibited.

  3) To verify the identity before check-in, guests are required to send (via messenger or email) passport photos of all guests to the owner of the property. For minors under 14, a birth certificate and passport details of the parents. The owner does not go to the guests to personally check the documents. Check-in without sending the specified documents is not carried out.

  4) The owner has the right to use the remote check-in system and is not obliged to meet the guests in person.

  5) For security, a video surveillance system is installed in the entrance.

  6) Standard check-in time is from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If night check-in is required after 10:00 PM, the guest is obliged to inform the owner about this at least 2 days before check-in.

  7) Organization of sleeping places: if the booking is for 2 guests, but in addition to the 2-bed, guests require an additional sleeping place on the sofa, the surcharge for organizing an additional sleeping place is ₽ 500 and guests must inform the owner about this 2 days before arrival.

  8) The check-in of minors is possible only with parents or accompanying adults, provided that such accompanying adults provide the consent of the legal representatives (one of them).
