Effective January 1, 2025, a requirement to formalize consent to the processing of personal data as a separate document will come into effect.

The previous practice of including this consent in other agreements is no longer permitted. Therefore, the following procedure has been established: upon check-in, each guest must receive a completed registration card and a separate document—consent to the processing of personal data. Special conditions apply to minors and individuals recognized as legally incompetent.

A hotel room is provided to a guest upon presentation of an original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a passport of a foreign citizen with a valid migration card/visa, as well as filling out and signing the guest registration card. Citizens of foreign countries must first check the possibility of accommodation with the hotel staff.

For children under 14 years of age, an original birth certificate will be required.

The hotel allows pets to stay in special rooms with veterinary documents and an additional fee of ₽ 1000.00, with the exception of guide dogs—they are accommodated free of charge. The guest is obliged to follow the rules: provide the animal with a rug/cage, tray, and dishes; control its behavior; maintain cleanliness; and compensate for damage to hotel property. On the territory, dogs must be muzzled and on a leash; decorative breeds must be on a leash or carried. A number of actions are prohibited: feeding from hotel dishes, using hotel furniture for an animal, leaving it unattended, washing in the shower/bath, and combing in the room and on the territory. The administration has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract if the rules are violated.
